</div> <div class="con_content"><p> 红皮病型银屑病是银屑病中较少见的一种严重类型，在临床上也十分少见。今天要给大家分享的病例，就是我院接诊的这样一位六十多岁的老年患者马好（化名，下面简称老马）。</p><p> 据了解：老马十几岁时就被确诊为银屑病，当时只是上肢多处出现红色丘疹，经过当地医院诊治，皮损基本消退。然而三十多岁时银屑病再次复发至今，期间时轻时重，近半年来病情加重，到多家医院就诊无果，于3月份来我院就诊。经过检查，老马全身皮损面积超过90%以上，非常严重。</p><p> 这里我们先给大家讲下红皮病型银屑病。</p><p> <img 红皮病型银屑病症状主要表现为全身皮肤的70%以上呈弥漫性红色，暗红色，浸润性的皮损（所谓浸润性的皮损，是指皮损看上去呈现出略水肿性，红色或暗红色，与周围正常皮肤分界不是十分清晰）；身体皮肤的表面有大量细碎的、类似于糠皮样的细小密集的皮屑；有时在腋下，腹股沟和脐部等躯体易受到摩擦部位，因肿胀而使表皮呈现出浅表的剥脱和渗出；口咽鼻及眼结膜可充血发红；患者常有发热畏寒，头疼及全身不适等症状；常常伴有明显的系统损害。</p><p> 红皮病型银屑病多因寻常型银屑病的进行期应用刺激性较强药物或长期大量应用皮质类固醇药物突然停药或减药不当，或长期使用诸如“祖传秘方”、“民间验方”等治疗方法不当所致。此外，脓疱型银屑病在脓疱消退过程中，亦可出现红皮病。</p><p> 红皮病型银屑病不单单是一种皮肤疾病，这种疾病会引发一系列严重的并发症，有可能会导致心脑血管病变，而且会增加胃肠道病变的几率，加重患者的肝脏损害，影响患者的外在形象。所以患者患病一定要尽早到正规医院治疗，并且要根据医生的指导合理用药，做好身体方面的调养工作，这样可以降低疾病给身体造成的危害。</p><p> 言归正传，老马其实和很多患者一样，在银屑病寻常型转变为红皮病型后才意识到病情的严重性，故来我院就诊。</p><p> 中老年红皮病型银屑病的治疗是非常艰难的，但经过我院系统规范化治疗，很明显老马的皮肤逐渐恢复正常。</p><p> 但老马不比年轻患者身体，加之之前盲目滥用药物治疗，导致病情更加顽固，治疗起来相对慢一些，更加困难一点。还需要继续保持良好的心态，积极主动的配合治疗，并且要做好皮肤的清洁和保湿工作，这样才能让病好的更快。所以，广大患者一定要有信心，早发现早治疗早康复。</p><p> 银屑病的复发几率非常高，会对患者的身心造成极大的困扰，患者需要到正规医院进行检查治疗，切勿盲目医治，导致疾病转型或加重，增加治疗难度，已经治愈的患者一定要做好抗复发工作。</p></div> <div class="fenye"> <p><img
