</div> <div class="con_content"><p>寻常型头部银屑病吃什么药？银屑病夫妻间传染吗？寻常型头部银屑病吃什么药？寻常型头部银屑病是指在皮损上覆盖银白色鳞屑的红色斑点。皮损的特点为境界清楚、形态各异的斑片。可发生于身体各个部位，常见于躯干、四肢近端，可对称分布，也可以累及全身。皮损特点主要表现为：鳞屑细小而较薄，周围炎症轻微，无水疱或脓疱；部分患者可伴有指甲损害，呈混浊、肥厚、变形，甚至缺如；有时甲床可浑浊、增厚、变形。</p><p>步骤/方法：</p><p>1、银屑病的主要症状是皮肤上会出现红斑鳞屑。一般患者在头皮和四肢出现红斑鳞屑，可有片片或地图状斑块，边界很清楚，上面有大量的白色鳞屑。鳞屑是银白色，逐渐加厚并且向四周扩散。</p><p>2、头皮银屑病的患者可在头皮上发现小脓疱，这些小脓疱可互相融合成大片，称为”脓糊“状银屑病，常伴发高热、关节肿痛以及全身不适，血常规化验可见白细胞增多，脓疮干涸后，随即脱皮屑，皮屑脱落后，又有新的脓疮出现。</p><p>3、寻常型头部银屑病的患者可选用内服药物或外用药物治疗，如维甲酸、维生素d3类似物、维a酸类、生物制剂、紫外线或含有钙调磷酸酶抑制剂、硫磺制剂等药物。外用药物治疗可使用含有角质促成剂的药膏，如维甲酸软膏、皮康霜、恩肤霜、含有水杨酸、水杨酸、尿素等药物。</p><p>注意事项：</p><p>治疗头部银屑病，一般采用药物治疗，如甲氨蝶呤、维a酸、环孢素等；物理疗法可用紫外线、光化学疗法、光动力疗法、中药疗法等。头部银屑病的治疗，首先要消除其病因，积极寻找和去除可能的诱发因素并加以避免；治疗可使用中药治疗、药浴、焦油制剂、中药制剂等。</p></div>
