class="con_content"><p>牛皮癣避免遗传？牛皮癣虽不直接影响生命，但是对身体健康和身心健康有直接影响，严重影响患者的美观，给患者带来沉重的思想负担，给患者增加了不少的精神压力。对于此类患者，寻常型牛皮癣患者要注意日常的预防保健工作，下面专家就给大家详细介绍。</p><p>1、遗传因素：多认为本病受多基因控制，同时也受外界其他因素的影响。</p><p>2、精神因素：患者受到紧张的情绪或者是过度的疲劳就会引起疾病的产生或是加重。精神过度兴奋、忧郁、紧张、焦虑、恐怖或神经衰弱，造成大脑皮层的调节功能紊乱，引起肛门周围神经功能障碍，当受到刺激时，皮肤易出现反应，呈苔藓样变化。</p><p>3、代谢障碍：根据研究表明有些患者的血清内胆固醇，糖等在不停地增加，而叶酸的含量在不停的下降。</p><p>4、免疫功能紊乱：有些患者免疫功能低下，血清增高，还有一部分患者的血清中存有抗体，有人的会选用免疫荧光技术测患者表皮角质层内的自身抗体。</p><p>5、刺激因素：如过饮醇酒、咖啡等辛热兴奋剂，或服用某些作用于神经系统的药物及内裤磨擦、搔抓等局部刺激，均为诱因。最易促发或加重牛皮癣的因素是寒冷、皮肤外伤、链球菌感染、紧张和某些药物。包括外伤、妊娠、分娩及哺乳内分泌变化等，都有可能会刺激牛皮癣的发生。</p><p>6、感染因素：是银屑病的重要诱发原因之一，特别是儿童患者。据报道，银屑病患者中急性扁桃体炎者占90%以上，继扁桃体急性炎症后发生银屑病的患者占49。5%，儿童银屑病患者常伴有上呼吸道感染和扁桃体炎，银屑病患者受到链球菌感染后病情常可迅速恶化，应用抗生素治疗后银屑病常可减轻，可见上呼吸道感染和扁桃体炎与银屑病有一定关系，可能是机体对细菌的毒素产生的变态反应。</p><p>7、代谢障碍：银屑病的重要病理生理学变化是表皮细胞增殖加速，使表皮细胞更替时间缩短，正常表皮细胞更替时间为26-28天，而银屑病皮损的更替时间则为3-4天，因而表皮细胞的成熟受到干扰，导致表皮组织学、系列化和角化的紊乱，产生银白色鳞屑等一系列</p></div>
